Almond and Apricot Powerballs

ingredients

  • 100g almonds
  • 140g ready to eat dried apricots - or mix of apricots and prunes
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 4 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • Prep 5 mins
  • Makes 10 balls (1 per serving)
method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until combined
  2. Squash into balls about the size of a walnut

Store powerballs in an airtight container for 5 days
Enjoy with 200ml low fat yogurt and a handful of raspberries and blueberries and a 150ml serving of Tropicana Orange Juice
