Tropicana Hydrate+ Recover Like a Pro Challenge
Dribble & Score Competition – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Tropicana Products UK LTD, 10 Fetter Lane, London, England, EC4A 1BR

By entering the Tropicana Hydrate+ Dribble & Score Challenge ("the Competition"), participants agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary
• The Competition is open to all attendees of the Tropicana Hydrate+ Recover Like a Pro activation at Regent's Place, London on 7th July 2026
• Participants must be 18+ years and residents of Great Britain.
• You may not enter this Competition if you are: (a) an employee, agent or supplier of the Promoter or of its group companies; or, (b) a member of the immediate families of (a) above; or, (c) professionally connected with the Competition or its administration

2. How to Enter

• To enter the Competition, participants must provide their full name, email address and telephone number and then complete the football dribble course and successfully score into the goal with the fastest time
• Each participant's completion time will be recorded by event staff
• Only one entry per person is permitted [unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter]

3. Winner Selection

• The participant who records the fastest valid completion time on the day will be deemed the winner.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into

4. Prize

The winner will receive:

• Prize: The winner will receive: a summer's supply of Tropicana Hydrate+ (10 cartons of Tropicana Hydrate+ 850ml Pineapple with Coconut Water and 10 cartons of Tropicana Hydrate+ 850ml Mango with Coconut Water); and one Tropicana Hydrate+ branded football shirt (the "Prize") in Small, Medium or Large size. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered
• Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any costs which are associated with the Prize which are not expressly included in the Prize and any other costs incurred are the responsibility of the winner

5. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted using the details provided during entry
• The winner must respond within 2 weeks of the first contact attempt to claim their prize and will be asked to provide their full name, email address, UK postal address, contact number.
• If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, declines the prize or cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next fastest qualifying entrant
• Prize will be posted to the winner's address provided within 30 days of the winner claiming the Prize
• Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value

6. Personal Data

To administer the Competition, the Promoter will collect the following personal information from qualifying entrants:

• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number

Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Competition and contacting the winner.

The information collected:

• will not be used for marketing purposes;
• will not be added to any mailing lists;
• will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Once the prize has been successfully claimed, all personal data collected as part of the Competition will be permanently deleted.

All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by the Promoter to assist with running the promotion and authorized third-parties which shall assist the Promoter with running the promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. If third parties are included the Promoter shall be considered as Controller and authorized third-parties as Processor of personal data and both of them shall obey the UK's data protection legislation. 7. General

• Subject to section 6, and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request to email, the winner(s) surname and county or such other information the Promoter deems necessary
• Entrants to the promotion shall, at or before the time of entry, have the right to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with the paragraph directly above. You can object by contacting privacyeurope@tropicana.com
• Without prejudice to section 6 and the two paragraphs directly above, the Promoter shall provide the winner(s) surname and county or such other information the Promoter deems necessary upon request from the Advertising Standards Authority.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the Competition or acts in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive or contrary to these Terms & Conditions

• Participants must take reasonable care for their own safety and follow all safety instructions provided by event staff. We will take reasonable care to ensure the football challenge is provided in a safe and professional manner. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
• This activity is not without risk including the risk of trips, slips and overbalancing. Participants should act responsibly and with regards to their own safety and the safety of others at all times. The activity is physically demanding and if participants suffer from any medical conditions likely to affect their ability to participate or are in any doubts about their ability to safely participate, they should seek medical advice before doing so. All participants should be reasonably be fit and healthy before participating.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts except that if you are a resident of another jurisdiction, you may also bring proceedings in that jurisdiction.
