1. Tropicana Products UK Ltd. (Company number: 13650169) of 10 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1BR is offering you a chance to win three 900ml bottles limited-edition Tropicana Juicy Joy. Please read the terms and conditions below which apply to this Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions.

2. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents excluding Northern Ireland who are aged 18 years old and over at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter this Prize Draw. You may not enter this Prize Draw if you are an employee, agent or supplier of the Promoter or of its group companies, or professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration. 

3. To enter this Prize Draw you must comment on the competition post on Instagram @tropicanajuicesuk, follow @tropicanajuicesuk, tag 2x friends in the comment section and like the post from 17:00 GMT on 27.08.24 to 23.59 on 04.09.24 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”).

4. Entries must be received during the Prize Draw Period. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.

5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions to the Prize Draw are not allowed.

6. There will be 50 winners. The winners will be chosen at random on 05.08.24 via randomised computer process from all valid entries received.

7. The winners will be the first 50 valid entries drawn at random. 

8. Each of the winners will win three 900ml bottles limited-edition Tropicana Juicy Joy (“Prize”). The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any costs which are associated with the Prize which are not expressly included in the Prize and any other costs incurred are the responsibility of the winners.

9. The Promoter will notify the winners by direct message on the relevant social media platform that they have entered through on or after 05.08.24 and the Promoter will provide details on how the winners can claim the Prize. The winners have 24 hours after the Prize Draw Notification Date to accept the Prize. If the winners fail to and provide their address to which the Prize can be posted within the timescale the winners will forfeit the Prize and the Promoter may re-award the Prize in accordance with paragraph 6. 

10. The Prize will be posted to the winner's address provided within 30 days of the winner claiming the prize.

11. The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. 

12. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion by the Promoter to assist with running the promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose. 13. Subject to paragraphs 14 and 15, and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request to contactuseurope@tropicana.com, the winners surname and county or such other information the Promoter deems necessary.

14. Entrants to the Prize Draw shall, at or before the time of entry, have the right to object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 13. You can object by contacting privacyeurope@tropicana.com

15. Without prejudice to paragraphs 13 and 14 above, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 13 upon request from the Advertising Standards Authority.

16. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content including (but not limited to): (a) obscene, indecent or pornographic content; (b) content liable to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism; (c) violent content; (d) excessive profanity; (e) content that is harmful to minors in any way; or (f) content that is otherwise harmful, unlawful or illegal, will be deleted, and the individual's entry disqualified at the Promoter's sole discretion.

17. The Promoter will not accept entries that are: a) automatically generated by computer; b) completed by third parties or in bulk; c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or d) incomplete. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.

18. The Promoter's decision is final in relation to this Prize Draw and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. This Prize Draw and the Promoter's instagram page(s) are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering into the Prize Draw, entrants release Instagram from all and any claims and liabilities which might arise in relation to the Prize Draw.

20. Entrants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and their employees, will not be responsible for any liability for any losses or damages of any kind resulting from the use of a prize or participation in this Prize Draw. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of the Promoter for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

21. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances.

22. These terms and conditions, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and the Promoter both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
